CAMP SPRINGS
Camp Springs is a camp for Middle School students!
It's a HighPointYouth-led camp where we rent the facilities and then run our own camp!  Campers will be involved in swimming, blobbing, canoing, messy games, amazing worship, student-led lessons, wrestling, ropes-coursing, and plenty more.  This will be an amazing week.  Plan on bringing friends and mark you calendars now.
Click here for forms and more information.

WILDERNESS TREK

Wilderness Trek is an opportunity for High School students. We will be traveling to Colorado, rappeling, climbing a mountain, attempting a summit, taking a bath in a REALLY cold mountain river, witnessing an amazing night sky, whitewater rafting, and more.
Start praying now...start getting in shape now (there will be standards of "in-shapeness" that you must meet)...and start socking some money away now.
FYI - We will be limited to 30-32 students.
Click here for a lot more information.

Plan Ahead: April 8, 2024

TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE!

Viewing a total solar eclipse is an extremely rare opportunity!
This will be a serious HighPointYouth alumni event (Lord willing).
This total solar eclipse will last almost four minutes and will hit our area directly.
Save the date and the time!!
5:00-8:00 PM
Add 14 years to your age.
--How old will you be?
--Where will you live?
--What will you be doing?
--What will you be like?
--Will your kids look like you?

--Will Mike be in a nursing home yet?

"New? Here's how to jump in & get involved."
The hardest step to getting connected is taking the first one...showing up at your first HighPointYouth event where you feel you won't know anybody.
But it takes just a few times of showing up before you feel like this is your youth ministry...your place...your church.

You'll feel like this because the atmosphere at HighPointYouth is awesome.
The students are welcoming because they've walked that "new" path and were welcomed well themselves.  And soon, you'll be the one welcoming others
to a place where you can just be yourself...a place that will introduce you to faith in Jesus, get you closer to God, and introduce you to some of the truest friends you'll ever have.

The only thing we ask is--when you show up--just relax and be yourself.
You don't have to ask for permission to go to the bathroom & you don't have to turn off your cell phone (though we will ask you to silence it).

If you have any questions, feel free to send me a text or email before you come.  Hope to see you soon.
