 HPY Workouts
To prepare for Urban Wilderness '08, we're working out as a group every week.  You're invited to come join us. 
   When: 6:45-7:45pm, every Friday

   Where: Running Brushy Middle School Track
   What to Wear: Something to run in

If you are not going on the trip, you are still invited to join us.  If you are going on the trip, you are required to join us.  :)
